AN OVERVIEW: FROM START TO FINISH

From your initial enquiry, through manufacture, installation, and for the life of your greenhouse, it is our aim at White Cottage to provide you with friendly, straightforward advice and customer service.

Whether your first contact with us is via phone, email, or through our brochure request form, we always endeavour to deal with your enquiry promptly, and are pleased to provide advice, information, and estimates without obligation. We provide detailed CAD drawings of proposed greenhouse designs, and basework plans for your builder, and if necessary we will come and make a professional assessment of your site, take detailed measurements, etc.

	Once a suitable design and the features you require have been agreed, we always provide a fixed, no obligation quote. This will be the complete price you pay, with no hidden extras (delivery, installation and VAT included). When you place a confirmed order with us (10% deposit required) your greenhouse and position in our work schedule is guaranteed. During the manufacture of your greenhouse we commit ourselves to production with the emphasis on quality. Our craftsmen use the highest quality raw materials, and realise every element of the design, using contemporary machinery and technology combined with traditional techniques and skills.
We deliver and install all our greenhouses ourselves, ensuring the same attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality invested in our workshop is also evident upon completion. We always do our utmost to accommodate your installation requirements, and stick to agreed delivery dates. Once the greenhouse is installed the site is left clean and tidy and the greenhouse is ready to be used.

At White Cottage we are proud of the quality of workmanship and materials used on all our greenhouses, and of the customer service you can expect to receive. This includes after sales assistance if you require it, for the life of your greenhouse. In the unlikely event of any kind of fault with your greenhouse due to workmanship or materials used, simply contact us with your problem and we will either repair or replace any necessary components, free of charge.
