Also with us for the long haul, Ray previously ran his own decorating business, and he initially joined us to help out with the painting – the paint shop being an extension to the garage at White Cottage back then. “Ray’s Workshop” is now a purpose-built unit with the latest coatings application equipment and temperature controlled drying shed. Ray loves a tight paint schedule and we are not sure if or when he sleeps.
