Bespoke Edwardian Freestanding Greenhouse

POPULAR & ADAPTABLE

The Edwardian is our most popular and versatile specification and can be used to produce a wide variety of designs authentic to the period.

‘Freestanding’ means any greenhouse with glazing on all sides. The most common layout is a rectangular footprint with the door in the end; this classic shape is both attractive and practical and is often the best way to get the most for your budget.

A bespoke freestanding greenhouse can be constructed to any footprint required. If you would like to replace an existing greenhouse without having to rebuild the dwarf walls, then contact us with the dimensions of the brickwork and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

    Bespoke construction

Flexible sizing to fit your needs

Many aspects of our bespoke Edwardian greenhouses are flexible such as the glazing centres, eaves height, base wall height and roof pitch.

    Typical values are:
    • roof pitch 35 degrees
    • eaves height 1790mm (5’–10”)
    • base wall height 740mm (2’–5”)
    • glazing centres 472mm (18”)

Any of the constraining dimensions can be adjusted, if necessary, to suit your requirements, while maintaining a very traditional appearance.
